This is a modular sci-fi city building pack featuring 56 unique prefabs, with an average polygon count of 1000 tris.
Building types include skyscrapers, apartment buildings, office blocks, shops, cafes & restaurants and mixed-use buildings. There is also a full road network kit, with straights, bends, junctions, bridges and more.
Textures are not atlased to ensure a good and consistent Texel resolution. Note: this package is not optimised for lower-spec mobile devices.
The package comes with an example demo scene.

Hi, You can use & modify the assets in any game, or other production. The only limitation is the assets can't be resold as an asset pack or similar.
